Implicit Team Assessment

The purpose of this assessment is to understand the collective emotional experiences of your team. 

Being part of a team is related to experiencing a range of natural occuring emotions and feelings such as joy, anxiety, comfort and more. Under the right circumstances these feelings can improve our performance, facilitates better relationships, and improve our health. 

However, they can also become a barrier if circumstances are not favourable. The goal of this assessment is to better understand the emotional circumstances needed to improve team dynamics. You will be asked basic questions about yourself within the context of your team. There is no right or wrong answer.

This assessment will benefit teams working in high pressure environments or teams working primarily remotely/hybrid.

The assessment will require approximately 10 minutes of your time. Questions will explore your personal experiences relating to your team and the environment.
